How do I return an item purchased on Hiistylefurniture.com?

We offer a 5-Day Return Policy for all the products.

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Wrong Product
  • Expired Product

Please Note : If you have purchased the product, you can simply call our customer care i.e 9999665133 or mail on our registered mail id i.e hiistylefurniture@gmail.com to initiate a return request.

Call our Call center between 9 am to 8 pm to return the product,

Step 3: Pick Up

Product will be picked from your door step within 48 hours of raising the return request.


Handover the item you wish to return to our Hii Style Executive.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hii Style Return Policy is applicable only for 5 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage Product, Dead on arrival, Manufacturing Defect, Expired product, Wrong product. 

The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be same to the paid amount for an item.

Hii Style will pick up the product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us.

Customized orders cannot be returned.

Cash on Delivery Mode: Once your return claim is accepted, Cash refunds will be given in exchange of the product. 



POLICY NOTE : Your complete satisfaction is our only goal! In order to make this absolutely hassle free, we will also pick up the product free of cost from your home.
